Clients have access to extensive online information via MERVE, our reporting system, which gives an immediate view of call completion and responses to pre-defined questions.

However, sometimes there is a need for further analysis of information received, or a desire to link our service to sales, stock or other variables. It is easy for clients to download data into excel to do this or alternatively eXPD8 can carry out this service for you.

We have extensive experience of commercial, added-value analysis, and are therefore able to offer, at comparatively low cost, bespoke analysis and reporting to suit individual needs. We will discuss requirements with you, agreeing up front requirements, formats, frequency and costs. This can range from a simple report of results from our field marketing visits, to a comprehensive analysis and presentation of data.
