The eXPD8 call management system is designed to be a powerful compliance measurement tool. Our skilled account team can create the compliance questions in a very flexible way tailored to your requirements, without the need for expensive programming. Questions can have responses which are free text, numerical, pre-defined, or multiple, it is possible to create linked questions where a question is dependent on the response to a previous question, and it is possible to require further information depending on outcome. In addition, photographs and signatures can be required. Questions can readily be appended to calls by cycle, by chain, by store grouping and by sub-call type, with the result that each call becomes perfectly tailored the information required from that store.
Call data is then transmitted to the field team's handhelds in readiness for completion of the call. When the compliance audit has been completed, the data is synchronised back to the central database, and it is immediately available to the client through the secure web portal. The results are available through the fully drilldown enabled (i.e. to store) graphical web interface, or can be downloaded into Excel. Alternatively, e-mail alerts can be set-up.
