eXPD8 Mobile Workforce Solution

eXPD8 Ltd is pleased to unveil an upgrade to the web based call management system (MERVE) to include a fully integrated Mobile Workforce Solution.

Since eXPD8's inception, MERVE has provided the means to manage calls, and make data available to clients.  Working in conjunction with strategic partner Zync Solutions, eXPD8 has developed MERVE to incorporate handhelds which have been issued to all members of the field team. The system allows calls to be managed dynamically, and valuable data to be collected and published to the web in real time.
