People are our greatest asset, and for us all to succeed everyone has to perform consistently well. It sounds obvious but to achieve success, our people need the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently, whatever role they perform within the company. One fails, we all fail, and as we clearly state in our robust induction programme; our reputation is in their hands.
In recognition of this, eXPD8 has invested time and resources to become fully ‘Investor in People' accredited.
Achieving IIP accreditation is challenging in any sector, but an unusual achievement for a company where more that 90% of staff are part-timers, and where 95% of people work throughout the UK in the field.
Feedback received from the assessor in the report was extremely positive, and demonstrated the success of the team building process. To quote directly:

All of this has been achieved because we have managed to attract and retain good conscientious and hard working colleagues who have supported our corporate objectives and delivered our goal of "first time... every time", service delivery.
As a direct consequence of IIP and the strengthened team, our clients are experiencing improved call coverage, compliance and consistency in service levels.
