Photo / Signature Capture

We are able to capture signature evidence for each call which is posted to the web.  In the instance of orders and returns, there is also an option to capture a second signature as authority for the stock transaction.

If required, we can capture an image as part of the field marketing visit. This can be done for example on commencement and after completion of a call as compliance evidence, or alternatively to make a record of a particular aspect of a call.  The photographs are uploaded centrally when the call data is transmitted, and are are catalogued with the call and are available for clients to view over the web.
