Reporting

eXPD8's reporting is available to Clients 24/7 on the web through a secure portal.  The data may be viewed in the graphical reporting suite which is refreshed every hour, or if preferred, the reporting/order/returns data can be readily downloaded in Excel, where it can be manipulated and linked to other data.  The web reporting comes with full drill-down capability for both Call and Operational Compliance, allowing the store level detail to be seen.

 Alternatively, if preferred, data can be e-mailed and this can be triggered by particular events.
