eXPD8's system design is straightforward - the central database is accessible through a secure website logon to Field Operatives, Managers, Central Office and Clients alike.

The requirements of a call as defined by the client can readily to be added to the system without the need for programming - the system is parameter driven, and the skilled eXPD8 Central Team can design the calls.

  • The calls schedule agreed by the client can be uploaded to the system
  • Call attributes such as compliance questions, or ranging data for ordering/ returns are attached to the calls.
  • This association of the calls to requirements can be made very flexibly - for example by store grouping, sub-call type or by date. This allows calls to be created easily, but with the result of a high degree of tailoring of individual calls which saves time and effort in the field.
  • In the case of compliance questions, answers can be pre-defined, text, numerical, date, multiple responses, and further information can be required depending on response. Also, linked questions can be created where a question is only posed depending on response to a previous questions.

The calls are transmitted to the handheld devices through 3G, GPRS or Wi-Fi.  When all aspects of the call is complete, it is synchronised back to the central database where the data is made available to all parties.

The system is fully integrated to the back office allowing functions such as payroll to run extremely efficiently
