We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR Team based at our vibrant Bristol office.

What’s the role purpose?

As a HR Administrator working within the HR Team, you will provide a comprehensive and confidential HR administration service to over 2500 remote colleagues across the UK

What will you do?

In line with our SLA’s you’ll be responsible for delivering right, first-time data processing and administration services for key areas of the colleague lifecycle, including new starters, absence, leavers and contract amendments, whilst maintaining up to date and GDPR compliant information on our HRIS.

You’ll be a first point of contact for all HR administrative matters, dealing with queries from colleagues, managers and third parties.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support the HR Team in rolling out new HR initiatives.
