  • The set up was carried out in 2 phases. Phase 1 was to set up the offer on a Feature Mod Bay in February, phase 2 was to set up the offer on the Entertainment Tower in March
  • 60,000 stickers were sent to eXPD8 Central Office to be distributed in-house to merchandisers. Calculations were made to work out the number of stickers required by store
  • Bespoke briefs were created ahead of the activity, containing visit information, POS visuals, approved planograms and title listing
  • Merchandisers ensured all products were stickered and set to planogram on both fixtures, as well as ensuring relevant POS was displayed
  • Availability of products were recorded and reported back to the client
  • 100% of calls were completed, within the correct timeframe on the scheduled day
  • Upon further visits to stores, offer titles were replenished ensuring maximum availability and sales throughout the promotional campaign
