Our response
Planning began approximately 8 weeks ahead of the launch to ensure that all of the critical information was acquired within plenty of time to brief eXPD8's field team
400 Tesco and ASDA stores were visited a week ahead of the release to set-up a pre-release Standees, raise awareness of the launch to store colleagues and ask whether they foresee any potential challenges with the set-up to try to resolve these ahead of time. We then used the data from these calls to react accordingly and eXPD8 contacted stores directly to resolve the concerns expressed ahead of the launch
eXPD8 reviewed the stock allocations ahead of the launch to ensure there would be enough units to fill all stockholding units and charts in alignment with the retailers’ minimum display quantity
On the day of launch we visited all of the agreed stores on Day 1 to ensure all POS was set up. Universal were then regularly updated on compliance throughout the day
All Archways ranged were fully compliant
Completed replenishment visits in 1,400 stores throughout the first 2 weeks of the launch to ensure the title was well stocked in all locations to maximise sales
