Bespoke briefs were created ahead of Shipper’s setup at our central office. These briefs contained detailed instructions regarding the Shipper’s construction, as well as information on vital components and the Sainsbury’s approved planograms.
Our feedback system allowed us to report several difficulties our field team encountered back to Sainsbury’s. These difficulties included stores removing an important “Zig Zag” feature of the Shipper. The account handler in this case reported to Sainsbury’s our field team’s concerns that this may affect the unit’s longevity.
