eXPD8 receive POS artwork and title listings from ASDA House and create a brief for the field team
eXPD8 then load Questions to the tablets measuring stock availability of each individual title and request photos to be taken of the MVG Foyer Tower correctly set up
POS is sent to The Fulfilling Station ready to be packed and sent to our Merchandiser’s home addresses. eXPD8 create a Mailing List for the POS and load Complete At Home calls. Our Merchandisers will then fill out the Complete At Home calls, detailing whether or not they received the POS undamaged and in any cases where the POS is compromised or not delivered, eXPD8 will arrange for spares to be delivered to store
At the time of the Call, our Merchandisers will walk in the POS, locate the correct stock, set up on the Foyer Tower and take photographs. On non-walk in weeks, our Merchandisers will flip the POS round to reveal the new artwork
Call Question data is then pulled into the dashboard and analysed by our Data Team. The data is then shared with our Clients along with a selection of images from the weeks calls

Brief
eXPD8 are responsible for looking after and maintaining an Entertainment unit named the MVG Foyer Tower in 209 stores. The unit is four-sided with Headers on each side and typically feature two sides of DVDs, one side of CDs and one side of Games. The MVG Foyer Tower supports new release DVDs and help drive those ever important week one sales. Every two weeks, our merchandisers walk in and set up the POS for the Tower, with the following week’s artwork printed on the reverse side. We visit stores on Sundays after stores close and Monday before 9am, ready for customers to purchase new releases as soon as possible. Compliance for the MVG Foyer Tower measures POS and stock availability which will be pulled into our dashboard and sent to various Entertainment Clients on the Tuesday morning.
