Our response

  • eXPD8 walked in and sited 4K O-Rings & Stickers in all 443 Morrisons stores
  • Chart compliance was excellent, with Sainsbury’s and ASDA achieving 98% on launch day
  • To minimise POS going missing, eXPD8 merchandisers walked all possible stockholding POS into Asda and Morrisons. Deliveries of these items were checked up on via our Complete at Home POS Check calls, which allowed us to chase up deliveries and order spares where necessary
  • Across Theatrical Units in Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s, just 1 Unit was unable to be set up allowing the element to reach 98% overall compliance
  • Talk Ups and Countdown Standee fixes were included on pre-agreed Warner calls w/c 11th February at no extra cost to Warner
  • Launch Data was reported to the client 4 times across launch day, with incoming data constantly reviewed and acted upon to fix where necessary
  • eXPD8 completed replenishment visits across Week 1 and 2, ensuring continued visibility and availability of the product to consumers across the key sales period
