Pre-Launch
  • Used historical data to highlight repeat offending stores to make recommendations to the client in order to avoid wasted cardboard and merchandising visit costs
  • Used the stock allocations to address any issues prior to physical visits in store, thus ensuring enough stock was being sent to stores to display and sell
  • Worked closely with STUDIOCANAL, the retailers and POS agency.
Launch
  • Completed launch day visits to setup all stock and POS in 2,071 stores across Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Tesco
  • Successfully walked in over 700 units of POS
  • Engaged the eXPD8 field and office teams to create buzz and get everyone involved in the launch
  • Completed huge incentive drive for the field with the chance of winning a trip to the Paddington Tour of London, Ultimate Paddington Picnic Hamper, Vouchers and Copies of the DVD
  • Completed 750 replenishment visits at the end of launch week to ensure as much stock as possible was out ready for the weekend sales
