Our response

  • By working closely with the client in the run up to the activity, we were able to create detailed briefs which were sent to Merchandisers via our tablet technology. These included digitalised visuals of the Bay set up, along with Planograms, a full SKU list and helpful information to be able to undertake the task in store efficiently.
  • During the activity, we received some reports that the some of the POS had not been set up on the Bay. Merchandisers communicated with the stores to make them aware and aimed to resolve where possible during their time in store
