A 15% increase in Planogram compliance was achieved during eXPD8 visits, finalising at a high 96%
By working closely with the client in the run up to the activity, we were able to create detailed briefs which were sent to Merchandisers via our tablet technology. These included digitalised visuals of the Bay set up, along with Planograms, a full SKU list and helpful information to be able to undertake the task in store efficiently.
During the activity, we received some reports that the some of the POS had not been set up on the Bay. Merchandisers communicated with the stores to make them aware and aimed to resolve where possible during their time in store
eXPD8 supported in Sainsbury’s stores during the set up of the Sanctuary Spa Bay
Our task was to check that the Sanctuary Spa Bay had been set up correctly in the Health and Beauty department in stores, and to help merchandise stock and POS correctly to Planogram
New POS including branded risers, aisle fins and back boarding was to be sited on the Bay along with the new range of stock
258 stores were visited to support with the set up
