Our response

  • Created bespoke brief at central office to provide our merchandisers with all the information to carry out the work.
  • Compliance questions were loaded to merchandisers tablets the week prior to the FSDU going live – these being tailored to the store in question and allowing for key data capture.
  • To minimise POS going missing, eXPD8 merchandisers walked the FSDU into all the stores. The mail-out and fulfilment was co-ordinated in central office to ensure reliability. Deliveries of these items were checked up on via our Complete at Home POS Check calls, which allowed us to chase up deliveries.
  • Launch day visits were to set up and site the FSDU with all stock in 184 stores visited.
  • eXPD8 ensured that all FSDUs that were set up included all the correct SELs on each shelf of the unit.
  • Interim reports were sent to the client to keep them updated on how the activity was going on launch day.
  • Final report was sent on the morning after launch day this included all the data and images of the FDSU
