Our response
Liaised with the suppliers, POS manufacturers, delivery company and Asda House to pull together the project timeline.
As soon as possible, the mailing list and packing instructions were communicated to our distributers allowing plenty of preparation time.
Complete At Home calls were used to monitor any delivery issues such as missing or damaged POS.
Review of the home deliveries and spares were immediately dispatched where missing to land before the activity.
POD report for store deliveries is created and made available for merchandisers to use when in store. With name of signee and delivery times we can quickly locate the POS in store.
Questions for reporting in store are profiled meaning merchandisers are only requested for data relevant to their store.
POS is implemented, reported on and reviewed by the eXPD8 Coast Team. Issues are flagged to the Asda Team who can then react dispatching spares or booking revisits to the stores.
Finally stores where updates were not possible were contacted to ensure the POS was sited later

Brief
At the end of June Asda implemented a range change across their tech range. With many suppliers requiring small updates in store, eXPD8 worked to combine visits for each brand getting the best possible value to update their fixtures in store. Over the course of 36 hours we visited over 300 stores and collated visit data providing an in depth report on the new ranges.
