eXPD8 have a specialised team of Technical Support Persons who were responsible for the full implementation in stores across the country. These members of the team are specifically trained in how to safely secure any technology device in store, install demo modes etc.
Implementation planning started 6 weeks prior to the Installation of the Nextbase Dashcams
We utilised existing knowledge to devise a suitable security solution on the bays which worked to full effect
We received all POS and security solution into their Fulfilment Station and then created store and Merchandiser specific packs for our specially trained Technical Support Persons to walk in to store for their visit
Within the 10 day period the new dashcam units were installed in stores with the relevant security solution and the correct POS displayed.
eXPD8 Central Office reviewed compliance data daily, reviewing that all equipment was installed in store and any reactive measures taken if necessary
A full compliance review was given to the client on finalisation to show the set up in store
eXPD8 were responsible for implementing new Nextbase dashcam units in selected stores in May 2017 as part of a bay refresh. Old laptop units were removed from the display to make way for the new dashcam units. eXPD8 were responsible for all aspects of the implementation from liaising directly with the relevant stakeholders, ordering and distribution of all units and POS to merchandisers ready to be walked into stores. Merchandisers were provided with security kits as well as instructions on how to set up the dashcam units.
