Tailored Briefs were created at our Central Office, ahead of the launch, with detailed instructions regarding the set up on all areas in store, along with Sainsbury’s approved planograms, and visuals for new POS being sited onto the SS5 Unit to promote the title
Updates and information regarding the placement of an additional shelf onto the relevant side of the SS2 Unit were quickly distributed among the Field Team, by utilising the Tablet technology used by eXPD8, though information on where to find the additional shelf was not readily available, and therefore caused issues
Our task was to provide support to the Sainsbury’s Entertainment department during the launch of David Walliams’ new title The Ice Monster. Upon launch, copies of the book were to be featured on the Children’s Books Chart, the SS2 and SS5 Units, and the Book Club Shipper
