Our response
- 346 Pre-launch visits were carried out initially to engage stores with one of the most exciting Warner releases of 2017
- Our merchandisers shared product trailers with staff, set up Countdown Standees and agreed the setup of Theatrical POS ahead of launch day
- On launch day over 1,600 store visits were completed across 5 major retail chains
- Over 2,900 replenishment visits ensured the title was well stocked and POS remained sited throughout the 2 weeks following the launch wherever possible
- Buy In Calls for the Theatrical Standees were bolted-on to other activities to create cost efficiencies for the client
- On Launch day itself an average compliance of 95% was achieved across all 5 retailers
- Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them performed well above its sales forecast, increasing revenue for the client
