Our response

    • Circa 100 stores selected for Weekend Games every 12 weeks
    • Stores selected based on sales and compliance ranking (compared to their peers)
    • Priority order for replenishment discussed and agreed with buying team
    • Stores visited on either a Saturday or Sunday each week to complete additional replenishment following chart changes on a Friday
    • eXPD8 reviewed uplift during week 9 of the 12 week cycle to establish store list for the next visit cycle
    • Brief collated ahead of launch by eXPD8 Central Office
    • eXPD8’s tablet technology allowed for quick data transfer and an ability to see call data from store 45 minutes after a merchandiser visit. It also allowed us to be reactive when notified of a scanning issue which would impact several SKUs, ensuring merchandisers were notified quickly so we could support stores
    • Clear photos and availability reports provided following completion of calls through bespoke Power Bi Dashboard. This enabled the client to track space and store improvements and make subsequent adjustments (if required)
    • 12 weekly overviews provided showcasing uplift and feedback following each cycle
