Our Client Services department is all about making campaigns work in the real world. The team supports the delivery of in-store activity by coordinating projects, sharing clear direction with field teams, and keeping a close eye on performance. That can mean reviewing data to spot opportunities, tracking progress against plans, or working closely with clients to make sure activity is landing as intended. Strong organisation and communication are key, as is building trusted relationships that help campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
