eXPD8 is delighted to once again report a 0% median pay gap in 2021, for the fifth consecutive year.
We are also pleased to report that our mean gender pay gap continues to narrow, now standing at 1.5%, compared to 1.8% last year, 2.5% in 2019, and 4.7% in 2018. This also represents the fifth consecutive year of improvement in this measure. This improvement has been achieved as women now represent a higher proportion of our “Upper Middle” and “Upper” salary quartiles than in previous years.
