We collaborated closely with Asda Ents and began preparations months in advance. Our Central team developed detailed build instructions for both FSDUs and Archways, delivered as accessible digital guides for field teams. Leveraging our field team's local knowledge, we deployed merchandisers best placed to deliver quality and consistency on launch day.

During execution, our teams demonstrated agility and strong retailer relationships, responding to store-level requests for additional POS. This flexibility ensured we could adapt in real time, supporting the installation of an Archway in a store not originally ranged for the unit, showcasing our ability to enhance promotional impact through collaborative decision-making and field insight.
