We’ve partnered with totes since 2022, building a fully trained field team with the product knowledge and operational understanding needed to do the job right.
  • We designed a bespoke e-learning module to ensure merchandisers understood the full range and delivery cycles
  • We conducted joint store visits with the totes team to map the operation
  • Following a successful trial, we now maintain all 340 ranged stores across the UK
Our team provides real-time retail visibility, keep stock flowing to the shop floor, and ensures the brand shows up consistently - no matter the store size, layout, or location. Results in Action: Mother’s Day Slipper Promotion: Our merchandisers executed markdowns, applied POS, and ensured all sizes were available - protecting availability and driving sell-through at a critical seasonal moment. Spring/Summer 2025 Launch: We delivered a full remerch of the totes space across all ranged stores - using detailed planograms to ensure every product was placed with care and consistency. From Ladies to Kids and Mens, the full collection landed on shelf with impact.
