At eXPD8, we believe that good mental health is the foundation of a strong, motivated and successful workforce. That’s why, during Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, we’re proud to announce that we’ve renewed our Silver Membership with the Mental Health Charter.
This Year’s Theme – The Power of Community
Since 2001, the Mental Health Foundation has led Mental Health Awareness Week across the UK. Each year it brings people together to focus on improving mental health. In 2025, the theme is community and we’re joining the call to celebrate the vital role community plays in our wellbeing
Being part of a supportive and positive community is essential for good mental health. Whether at home, at work or in wider society, we thrive when we feel connected. Community gives us a sense of belonging. It offers safety, support and purpose, especially during challenging times

Creating a Supportive Culture at eXPD8
At eXPD8, we know that our people are our strength. That’s why we continue to build and maintain a workplace culture that promotes openness, connection and care. Our renewed Silver Membership with the Mental Health Charter reflects our ongoing dedication to this goal
Right now, 1 in 6 workers in the UK is dealing with a mental health challenge such as anxiety, depression or stress. These issues can affect performance, confidence and motivation. But by taking simple, proactive steps, employers can help people feel better and work better
Through our partnership with the Mental Health Charter, we’re continuing to take meaningful action to
- Increase productivity, efficiency and innovation
- Reduce sickness absence, presenteeism and staff turnover
- Improve morale and workplace performance
- Strengthen our reputation as a responsible employer
- Honour our duty of care to every member of our team

Helping People to Thrive
When people feel connected and supported, they perform at their best. Mental wellbeing is essential to that. Our investment in mental health is not only good for business, it’s the right thing to do. We’re proud to be part of a wider community of organisations that are putting mental health at the heart of their culture
Moving Forward Together
Smart employers understand that a healthy business depends on a healthy, motivated workforce. This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re proud to stand with others across the UK in recognising the importance of community and connection.
