G&J Distillers Audit and Replenishment

From the 15^th of November to the 24^th of December eXPD8 delivered a total of 4,119 merchandising visits across the UK. Merchandisers located backstock on each visit to ensure maximum stock levels were available and increased the on exit availability for all the SKU’s, with individual products often being influenced by eXPD8 in store by up to +5.03%. SELs were corrected where necessary (stores prompted if unable to print). Special questions were tailored to direct merchandisers efficiently in each store to what the call priorities were and enabled the capture of accurate compliance data for each element of the store visit. Interim reports and weekly reports highlighted key risks, challenges and successes of the visits as it unfolded. eXPD8’s out of stock information, down to store level led to certain areas and stores being able to get plugged with the stock needed during this important trading time. eXPD8 provided images of all spaces after eXPD8 replenishment.
