Cannaray Siting POS and Auditing Promotions

From the 18^th of January to the 19^th of December eXPD8 delivered a total of 1,253 merchandising visits across the UK and Ireland. Merchandisers located backstock on each visit to ensure maximum stock levels were available. SELs were corrected where necessary (stores prompted if unable to print). Special questions were tailored to direct merchandisers efficiently in each store to what the call priorities were and enabled the capture of accurate compliance data for each element of the store visit. Interim reports and Final reports highlighted key risks, challenges and successes of the visits as it unfolded. eXPD8 provided images of all spaces before and after eXPD8 replenishment.
