An additional POS check was added to Wave 2 for Tesco and we took on the extra Tesco wave at short notice in 53 stores for the week prior to Christmas. The Command Metal Unit in Asda had been removed by store and the Unit Fin POS was not easily located therefore we would recommend walking in Unit Fin POS for any future Asda calls and possibly Clipstrips across all chains also. Average compliance achieved: On the Command FSDUs – 91% Asda, 85% Tesco and 83% Morrisons

Brief

Setting up of FSDU with planogram check and replenishment on both the FSDU and the main DIY/Stationery sections in store, plus Clipstrip siting across 1 wave in Morrisons, 2 waves in Asda and 3 waves in Tesco.

The number one priority for our merchandising waves in Tesco, ASDA & Morrisons was to ensure all of our FSDUs were replenished, tidied and located in seasonal space ahead of peak shopping weeks. For all of the merchandising waves, we achieved high compliance on all of the FSDUs. Overall, we were happy with how the merchandising went.
