In support of this initiative, we volunteered our services for the entire 12-week trial period free of charge. Additionally, we provided valuable insights and recommendations to optimise the effectiveness of the trial program, enhancing its impact and sustainability.

Our response

Our dedicated merchandisers conducted meticulous visits to all 19 stores in the South East region, conducting four visits per week, each lasting approximately 15 minutes. During these visits, our professionals diligently assessed fill levels, captured comprehensive photographic documentation, and provided detailed responses to inquiries regarding the placement of recycling units and the status of bags awaiting collection.

Brief

Wastebuster sought assistance in implementing a strategic initiative to introduce toy recycling bins across 19 retail locations as part of a trial aimed at instilling recycling habits among children and parents, particularly focused on the disposal of old, broken plastic toys. They emphasised the importance of regular site visits to monitor fill levels, ensure timely emptying of bins, and facilitate seamless preparation for collection by courier services.
