W7 Christmas FSDU Set Up 2021

We regularly work with W7 to site and replenish their FSDUs in Tesco stores. For this period, we tried an alternative method for delivering the FSDUs by delivering to our merchandisers' homes flat packed. The merchandisers had to build the FSDU, locate and site the stock onto the fixture and site the SELs onto the unit. Usually, FSDUs are sent pre-built to store, however this can mean FSDUs can go missing or be damaged when in the warehouse, costing a lot of money to replace. Compliance on the previous set up was as low as 68.8% on the first week.
